We provide search services across England and Wales, ensuring comprehensive coverage wherever your transactions take place.
What are your turnaround times?
Council search turnaround times vary from one to the other, but our regulated search product is significantly faster. Our platform provides live turnaround times for all council and regulated reports, so why not create an account and check them out for yourself?
How long do quotes take to come back?
We aim to turn all quotes around within 24 hours. If you're waiting a week or more for quotes to come back, it might be time to switch search provider!
What happens if a search is delayed?
Council delays can happen, but our system keeps you automatically updated with new estimated completion dates, helping you manage client expectations.
Is there a minimum monthly order requirement I have to commit to?
No, there isn’t but hopefully you’ll love our service so much that you’ll send us all your orders (and you’ll tell your colleagues too…)
I have a large number of orders to submit - can you help with the uploading?
In our ordering menu just simply select ‘bulk order’ and you can attach a spreadsheet with the property details and products needed and we will do all the uploading and ordering for you.

Our system provides automatic updates, including real-time status changes and new estimated completion dates for any outstanding searches.
Can I cancel an order?
We understand cancellations can happen from time to time. To cancel an order please call your dedicated search team to discuss your options.
Do you integrate with case management systems?
We’re always improving our tech capabilities - get in touch to discuss potential integrations for your workflow.
How does billing work?
We use weekly direct debits as standard. If you’re a client who will be submitting a large number of orders, we can look to offer a more custom billing process.
Will I have a dedicated contact person for my orders?
Yes! We assign every client a dedicated search team to ensure a seamless and responsive experience.
